Saving a trip as a template allows Tour Operators (TOs) to reuse pre-designed itineraries for future clients, saving time and maintaining consistency. KOOB makes it easy to organize, tag, and retrieve these templates for fast trip creation.

π Saving a trip as a template
Once your trip is complete in the Trip Designer:

Click π Save as Template (top-right corner).

A pop-up window appears. Fill in the required fields:

How to add tags ?

tag icon on a template thumbnail
- In the pop-up, either:

Select an existing tag

- Click "Save" to apply

To keep frequently used templates at the top of your list:

π¦ Archiving templates to declutter your workspace
If a template is no longer active but may be used later:
- Click the ποΈ "Archive" icon on the template thumbnail
- It will be hidden from the default view
- Use the "Show Archived" filter to retrieve it anytime
- You can restore an archived by clicking "Restore"
