How to know if a DMC has accepted my connection request?

When you request a connection to a DMC on KOOB, the DMC must review and approve it before you can access their Hotels, Experiences, or Trips. You can track your connection request status through email notifications and the DMCs section in KOOB.

Once a DMC accepts your request, KOOB will send you an automated confirmation email.

You can also check the request status anytime from your KOOB account.

Steps:

  • Go to β€œDMCs” from the left menu

 

  • Search for the DMC you sent a request to

 

  • Look at the color-coded icons to check your status:
