💲 Accessing Trip Pricing Details

You can access pricing for both Drafts and Confirmed Trips.

Go to Client Folders in the left-hand menu

Search the Client folder in the list

Go to the Trips or Drafts
Click on the 💲 dollar icon next to the trip you want to review

This opens the Trip Pricing Details page

In this view, you’ll see:

🏨 Hotel booking details
🎯 Program (experience) prices
⚙️ Optional services pricing
👥 PAX information
🧾 Total pricing by component

📌 Example: A 7-day Vietnam tour draft is opened to validate service prices before applying custom margins.

🧮 Adjusting Margins on Individual Services

You can modify the selling price for each component.

How it works:

Locate the Markup column in the pricing table
Choose to apply a % markup or a fixed $ amount

KOOB automatically updates the selling price

Original Price	Action	Final Price
$100	+15% markup	$115
$200	-10% discount	$180

💡 Tip: To apply a discount, just add a minus sign in front of the % or $ value.

🧰 Applying a Global Markup

Instead of adjusting line by line, you can apply a global percentage across the entire trip.

Enter a value (e.g., 10% or $500)
KOOB recalculates all components and updates the trip total

📌 Example: Trip base price = $6,000
Add 10% markup → Final selling price = $6,600

💡 Tip: This is great for fast updates or last-minute adjustments.

➕ Adding Additional Services

You can include extra services not included in the original trip like:

✈️ International Flights
🛡️ Travel Insurance
📝 Visa Support
🍽️ Custom meals

How to do it:

Go to Add an additional service
Fill out: name, date(s), quantity, PAX, total price

Click Add service → it’s added to the pricing table instantly

📌 Example: You add “Travel Insurance” at $60 per person for 4 guests → $240 added to total.

💡 Tip: Use this to upsell or handle off-KOOB components like flights or optional tours.

📝 Adding Additional Notes & Conditions

You can include specific legal, contractual or commercial notes in the final quote.

Click on ➕ Add additional information
Use the rich text editor to add:
- 📌 Payment terms
- 📅 Cancellation policies
- 🔗 Links to your agency T&Cs
- 🗒️ Any custom note for this client
