What happens if a DMC declines my connection request?

When you request a connection to a DMC in KOOB, they can choose to accept or decline your request. If declined, you cannot access or book their Hotels, Experiences, or Trips—though you can still see their Showcase products.

If a DMC declines your connection request, KOOB sends you an automated email.

You can track your declined requests directly from your KOOB dashboard.

  • Go to the “DMCs” tab

 

  • Locate the DMC in the list

 

 

  • Look at the color-coded status icons:
