How to add media and images to an experience?

-
📌 Tip: Use short, descriptive titles for clarity. Make sure links are live and accessible.
How many images should I upload ?
✅ Minimum: 3 images
🎯 Ideal: 5 to 10 carefully selected photos
🚫 Avoid: Image overload—choose quality over quantity
These images appear:
-
In the KOOB Marketplace listing
-
Inside the Experience Factsheet
-
In the Trip Designer if added to a trip
-
In PDF/Word exports sent to TOs
Why media matters for bookings ?
📸 Visual trust → TOs are more likely to book and promote your product if they can see what it looks like
🎥 Video = Emotion → A short clip of the experience in action helps TOs tell a story
📑 Supporting materials → PDFs and links provide deeper info and allow TOs to go beyond the basic factsheet
🚀 With engaging and well-structured media, your experience will stand out and be easier to sell.
